In addition to offering a choice of the best in town we actually handle all reservation requests and enquiries on behalf of listed restaurants - personally, no automatic responses here! We guarantee replies to your mails or a written reservation-confirmation within minutes - 90 percent of the time, also on weekends. Standard confirmations include all restaurant relevant details and directions from the trade-fair grounds (Messe) to the specific restaurant. If you let us know where you are staying or where you will be, we will give you directions from there... We would appreciate it if you supply us with a telephone number - preferably cellular/mobile - under which you may be reached in either Frankfurt or Berlin.

We explicitly welcome contact if you need any assistance or tips. We will gladly suggest alternative restaurants if you do not find a suitable one in our guide - also for other cities in Germany. If you are looking for a location or a choice of locations for an event, meeting, product presentation or company dinner just let us know. You need a suitable restaurant for a group of 10 or 200 with menu suggestions, special arrangements, transfers/shuttles or even a limousine - send us details. And, if you need an interpreter, a city guide, someone to go shopping with you or a hairdresser’s appointment we will be delighted to help. We also organise regular wine-tastings, for groups above 10, featuring German wines.
The restaurants
First of all, we actually live here and dine (and wine!) a lot!. We know what is “in” and what is “out”, what is “new” and was has “turned sour”, and the information we deliver is always current since we are in daily contact with the restaurants we recommend. Some restaurants are local classics that you will find in most other guides - others are genuine insider tips. We are constantly finding new places.
The team
Basically it is a very small team. “Beauty before age!” - Monika takes care of Berlin and Hilton takes care of Frankfurt and the rest. During high traffic periods, like major trade fairs, a colourful group of “urban samurais” join us to guarantee that reservations are handled quickly and efficiently.
