Local “samurais” Alexander and Constantin von Bienenstamm have done it again. Since April 2007 they are “pepping up” ECB staff and neighbouring SchauspielFrankfurt employees with their - tasty, fresh and healthy - “feelgood” cuisine.

The brothers who grew up in Hong Kong, set already with their first COA – located right next door to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange – new standards in preparing and presenting Asian cuisine.

The COA showcases contemporary Asian-minimalist-design and a menu obviously developed in response to customer trends. The open kitchen dishes out marvellous soups – Vietnamese Phó (meaning “your own bowl” since it is one of the few Asian dishes which is not passed around and shared!) – and equally nutritous stir-fries. Not to mention the good selection of freshly prepared Dim Sum.

The all-Asian staff guarantee not only genuineness but a pleasant and rapid service – ensuring that not only seated guests, but waiting pick-me-up crowds, are served efficiently. The crowd is very mixed – finance professionals for the fresh and light food, students for the “apetizing” prices and many Asians for authenticity.
