The Jewel of India is located in the heart of the banking district , a stone's throw from the trade-fair grounds. It sure lives up to its name and has received many laurels from top Frankfurt and Germany-wide restaurant guides for authenticity , quality and service.

The interior is elegantly designed and gives the atmosphere of dining in the sitting room of a Maharaja. The carefully chosen décor blends all facets of Indian heritage and culture.

The cuisine is primarily that of the North-Western Frontier Provinces, sometimes referred to as "Mughlai Cuisine". This does not deter the chefs from offering specialities of other regions - exotic fish curries from the east or hot and lip-smacking delicacies from central India. Not to be missed is the Kings/Queens feast (Nawabi Khazana or Begumi Khazana) - a fabulous array of "just a little of everything" which leaves the diner, on the one hand totally satiated and on the other, with his palate tingling for more.

The restaurant also serves a well executed business-lunch-menu - Monday through Friday - with no compromise on service or quality, whatsoever.
